Performance Marketing Manager

Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will own the end-to-end execution of our paid growth strategy. You will be responsible for scaling user acquisition across global markets, optimizing high-intent funnels, and managing significant budgets to drive revenue for Bik.ai and Manifest.ai. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of analytical rigor, creative testing, and a relentless focus on ROI. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within SaaS or B2B E-commerce tech.
  • Proven track record of managing monthly budgets with clear CAC/ROAS targets.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Deep understanding of Attribution Models, UTM tracking, and funnel analytics tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn spreadsheets into actionable growth experiments.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) 1. Campaign Management & Scaling

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Social, and Display to drive high-quality leads (MQLs) and sign-ups.
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust bids/budgets to maintain efficiency in CAC and LTV/CAC ratios.
  • Expand our footprint in international markets, tailoring strategies for different regions.

2. Creative Strategy & Testing

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-converting ad copies and visuals.
  • Run relentless A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve CTR and CVR.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends (e.g., Advantage+ audiences, AI-driven bidding) to keep our edge.

3. Funnel Optimization & Landing Pages

  • Work with the Product and Web teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion and quality scores.
  • Implement "Lead Magnet" strategies and experiment with different top-of-funnel (TOFU) vs. bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) approaches.

4. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Own the performance dashboard; provide weekly and monthly reports on spend, pipeline generated, and revenue impact.
  • Use data to identify leakage points in the conversion funnel and propose structural fixes.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Product Marketing team to ensure ad messaging aligns with the latest product features and positioning.
  • Liaise with Demand Generation & Sales teams to ensure lead quality is high and to gather feedback on which campaigns drive the "best" customers.
