Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Fusion applications to support finance functions including general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable, order management, accounts receivable, cash management, collections, and financial reporting.
- Support integration and transition of finance systems ensuring alignment between Commerce and finance systems.
- Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions between Oracle Fusion applications and other enterprise systems such as CRM, Revenue, Tax, Procurement, and billing systems.
- Customize and configure Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements aligning with industry best practices, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
- Oversee data migration and conversion activities from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion applications ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement performance tuning strategies including database optimizations and caching mechanisms.
- Ensure security and compliance of Oracle Fusion applications with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal security policies by implementing security controls, encryption mechanisms, and access management frameworks.
- Manage change initiatives including system upgrades and technology migrations within Oracle Fusion applications; develop change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs.
- Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers for evaluation, selection, onboarding of third-party solutions; manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience designing, implementing, supporting Oracle Fusion applications focused on finance modules.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, accounting principles, financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle Fusion Procurement, Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS including middleware integration development, customization/configuration/extension capabilities.
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies applied to optimize finance processes and decision-making.
- Expertise in system integration technologies/protocols such as web services, APIs, ETL tools.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion data migration/conversion/data management best practices.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion security models including role-based access controls and data encryption techniques.
- Excellent analytical/problem-solving/decision-making skills.
- Effective communication/collaboration/stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist, TOGAF) are a plus.
Compensation
- Base pay ranges by geographic zone in the US:
- Zone A: $197,100 - $257,325
- Zone B: $178,200 - $232,650
- Zone C: $163,800 - $213,850
- Eligible for benefits bonuses commissions & equity.
