What is The Role: As a Principal Competitive Intelligence Manager within Elastic’s Search Product Marketing team you will be responsible for developing deep insights into our competitive landscape and market trends to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies. What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts focused on search technologies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales engineering, and product management teams.
- Develop actionable insights that influence product roadmap and messaging.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders including executives.
What You Bring:
- Proven success in sales engineering or technical marketing roles within search or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
