Greenhouse is searching for a Principal Product Manager, MyGreenhouse to own the candidate-facing product experience for an entirely new side of our business — and to build a product that changes how millions of people find jobs. We're building intelligent tools to support jobseekers throughout their search – to make hiring work for everyone. You'll own the roadmap for the candidate-facing product, establish entirely new discovery and feedback loops with a user base Greenhouse has never directly served, and build AI-powered experiences that make hiring more trusted, efficient, and human — all while contributing to the broader MyGreenhouse vision alongside a dedicated leadership team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management (MyGreenhouse), you'll work at the intersection of consumer product, marketplace dynamics, and cutting-edge AI alongside dedicated Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing partners.

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in B2C or consumer environments
