The Principal Product Manager, Identity Platform will support the organization in building foundational capabilities to support enterprise identity and access management (IAM) across DataRobot's platform and product ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and implementation of identity infrastructure — including authentication, authorization, directory integration, and governance — that enables secure, compliant, and seamless access for enterprise customers. As part of this, you will also be responsible for programs that leverage these foundational identity capabilities across different departments within the company. The Principal Product Manager, Identity Platform will work closely with stakeholders across all parts of the business including Engineering, Product, GTM, Partners, Security, IT, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to execute growth projects and new products and features. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of breaking down complex enterprise identity problems into scalable, customer-facing solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience navigating the demands of enterprise IT organizations, including procurement, security review, compliance requirements, and change management processes — particularly in regulated industries or hybrid cloud environments.
