The Role The Emerging UI team at Cash App takes a horizontal view of the Cash App experience, collaborating with brand, product, and engineering partners to build next generation experiences that power the future of Cash App. We are seeking an imaginative and driven designer to join our growing team, focusing on leading the visual design, motion and evolution of our emerging interfaces in AI and Core Surfaces. You Have

Experience building/evolving apps.
Passion for turning complex problems into simple engaging UI.
Outstanding systems thinking/visual/product thinking for mobile apps.
Experience applying research/usability tests/metrics for design decisions.
Comfort iterative design process including feedback.
Strong analytical/technical/strategic experience.
Experience defining motion libraries for UI.
Experience building data visualization libraries consumed by product teams.
Experience collaborating across disciplines leading/supporting new ideas/products launch.
Experience conducting/guiding user research/cross-functional collaboration.
Proven skills presenting work/workshopping concepts/evangelizing new ideas.
Experience front-end engineering constraints/direct partnership (iOS/Android).
Experience designing inclusivity/diverse audiences (international/multi-language/accessibility).
6+ years creative teams & technical environments experience.
8+ years software design/visual/interaction/UX/prototyping experience.
