Your Team & Role

At Doist, design is woven into how we build, not just a handoff step. Our small, multidisciplinary Design team shapes the end-to-end experience across our product suite: Todoist, our flagship task and project manager used by millions; Automations, which lets users build powerful workflows without writing code; and our Communications app, designed to bring calm, focused async communication to teams. We work across every platform (iOS, Android, Web, and Desktop) and care deeply about getting the details right on all of them. We operate in cross-functional squads, where designers work closely alongside product, engineering, and marketing to own problems end-to-end. We’re a fully remote, async-first team, so strong written communication and the ability to work independently are how work actually gets done here. As an IC4+ Product Designer, you’ll be embedded in product squads tackling real challenges: designing productivity features, evolving our design system across platforms, and helping our products become the tool of choice for individuals and teams alike.
