About the role
We're looking for a product designer who can help us 10 the product. You'll work directly with the founding team to design core features and experiences that make AI-first software development feel intuitive and powerful. This means designing for professional developers today while creating pathways for builders of tomorrow.
What you'll do
- Design and ship features that define how humans and AI collaborate to build software
- Own end-to-end design for key product areas from initial concept through implementation and iteration
- Solve complex UX challenges at the intersection of AI capabilities and human intent
- Create interaction patterns and design systems that scale across increasingly sophisticated AI workflows
- Partner closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and rapid iteration
- Use data and user feedback to validate designs and identify opportunities for improvement
You might be a fit if
- You have 3+ years of product design experience shipping software people love
- You've designed developer tools, technical products, or complex enterprise software
- You think in systems and can balance immediate user needs with long-term product vision
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and can drive clarity through design
- You can move between high-level strategy and pixel-perfect execution
- You understand or are eager to learn about code, AI, and how developers work
- You have strong opinions but hold them loosely you're open to being wrong
