Product Team

Focus on creating the best user experience through continuous innovation and validation.

Responsibilities

Design UX/UI for Miso's mobile app and web based on business goals and user experience.
Use data-driven insights for design decisions.
Lead strategy for new features and improvements to drive business growth.
Lead design efforts within the team and communicate clearly across teams.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years UX design experience or equivalent skills.
Strong graphic design skills (Typography, Iconography, Color Theory, Visual Composition).
Analytical thinking based on data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive and responsible work attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience from planning to launch and improving a service.
Diverse design experience including graphic, motion graphics, photography, product/space design.
Experience in brand experience planning and design.
Basic development knowledge for communication with developers.
Experience working in O2O or startup environments.
High standards for self and team.
