About The Role:

The Platform team is responsible for the products and frameworks that showcase the value of seamlessly integrating HR, IT, Finance, and third-party applications into one unified platform. The team owns the foundational building blocks – reporting, workflow automation, permissions, approvals, policies, search, notifications, and a unified data platform – leveraged across Rippling products. Equally important, we own end-user-facing products leveraging unified data from these otherwise fragmented business applications. Read more about the Rippling Platform at https://www.rippling.com/platform In this role, you will lead Business Intelligence and Analytics products that help customers quickly get to the answers they need to run their business, building and sharing reports and dashboards that help make critical decisions. The data ranges from native data within Rippling to external data sources that help us connect the entire business together. You will help us build simple and intuitive experiences for most users that can scale to the configurability and complexity that even the most sophisticated users need. Unlock the ability for customers to marry support ticket data with employee performance to identify the key drivers; enable sales teams to automate commissions by bringing closed deals into the Rippling platform; and serve as a critical step in delivering an end-to-end analytics solution. As a Product Lead, you’ll define what to build to solve customer problems in a way that allows us to succeed as a business. We do this by distilling insights from key stakeholders across the company, user research, product-generated data, and competitive analysis. These insights allow us to prioritize the features we work on, which we define end to end with our design and engineering counterparts, to create a product roadmap. As the features on this roadmap develop, we partner with the appropriate teams to ensure they are properly launched and set up to be successfully sold, serviced, and supported. We iterate on these features using data and customer feedback to ensure they fulfill and exceed the original product goals.

Own a suite of Rippling platform products serving evolving needs of applications and customers.
Identify product opportunities to deliver exceptional value to Rippling applications.
Engage deeply with technical details while focusing on simple customer experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product,

engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to design extensible systems.

Qualifications:

7+ years in Product Management.
Self-starter with bias toward action in fast-paced environments.
Skilled at simplifying complexity into user-friendly experiences.
Strong technical,

analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Customer-focused aligned with Rippling’s leadership principles (push limits of possible,

go and see, challenge directly).
