About the Role
Bot MD is a Y Combinator–funded startup with the mission of empowering doctors around the world. We believe that simplifying care workflows is essential to improving patient care, especially in large and underserved markets. We build products that delight clinical users by combining cutting‑edge AI with popular chat platforms like WhatsApp, Viber, and Facebook Messenger to help hospitals and clinics automate patient workflows and streamline operations. We are looking for a Product Manager with experience building Healthcare or Technology SaaS platforms from zero to one, who thrives in ambiguity and loves scaling simple, self-serve products. You’ll lead the product strategy and roadmap for Bot MD Care, our AI-driven patient engagement platform, and work closely with our founders, design, and engineering teams to double our user base and patients served. This role is ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial PM with strong product instincts, a love of well-designed products, and who is comfortable with a high pace of execution and solving problems by shipping fast and learning even faster.
Responsibilities
- Own the Product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bot MD Care to become a scalable, DIY platform that hospitals and clinics can onboard themselves to
- Directly manage engineering and product design to drive product execution from Figma screens to prototype and launch
- Champion and use AI tools to accelerate Product Design, Product Development and Product Management Workflows
- Prioritize ruthlessly to deliver maximum impact rwhether thats an MVP, an onboarding flow, or a scalable backend improvement
- Champion user empathy through customer feedback, usage data, and field research
- Drive data-informed decisions through experimentation, KPIs, and analysis of business impact
- Work across functions to ensure alignment and execution at scale
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B healthcare tech
- Proven zero-to-one product building experience with strong examples of products you launched and scaled
- Strong user empathy and the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive products
- Track record of working in fast-paced startup environments and delivering results
- Clear communicator who can inspire and align cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and interest in user analytics to drive better product decisions
- Experience building or contributing to self-serve platforms or onboarding flows
- A builders mindset you are hands-on, humble, and obsess over getting things into users hands
- BA/BS or equivalent experience. Even better if you have helped design products for healthcare systems or clinicians
