About the Role

• Become expert on CFO/controller/bookkeeper persona.
• Improve finance workflows and rethink future agent-driven workflows.
• Work with engineers and Sales to build user-informed roadmap and unblock deals.
• Own design, adoption, and revenue of Enterprise Finance product suite including:
• Accounts Receivable: invoicing tools, AR aging/performance reporting, automated collections.
• Accounts Payable: bill processing, scheduled payments, approval workflows, vendor management, procurement integration.
• Expense Management: expense policies enforcement, receipt capture, approval workflows, low-code policy engine.
• Accounting Integrations: AI-driven transaction categorization and management with ERP systems like QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Xero.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, strategy, product metrics for Enterprise Finance suite.
• Extract insights from customers and industry research to inform strategy.
• Drive product adoption with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success collaboration.
• Monitor finance industry trends and AI advancements for long-term strategy.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years product management experience.
• High agency; proactive execution without waiting for direction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal).
• Commitment to high-quality product experiences.
• Strong product instincts; holistic design approach and intuitive UX patterns.
• Comfortable with AI prototyping tools (Replit, Claude Code, Cursor) and design/product tools (Figma, Linear, Notion).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Experience building products from inception to scale (1100).
• Experience leading projects end-to-end (idea to revenue).
• Experience in financial/payments/enterprise software products.
