Product Marketing Manager
Remote, Europe
Profile Overview
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of how new features and product capabilities are introduced, explained, and adopted in the market. This role is responsible for ensuring launches land clearly with the right audiences, from existing customers to new prospects, and that sales and customer-facing teams are equipped with a compelling, consistent story. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Product, as well as Sales and Customer Success, you’ll help shape how and when features are taken to market, who they’re for, and how success is measured. You’ll play a hands-on role in feature launches, messaging, and enablement, while continuously refining positioning as the product and business evolve. Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:
- Audit existing product messaging and positioning with the Head of Marketing and Product, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities.
- Define and document clear positioning, core messages, and value propositions that can be reused across marketing, sales, and customer communications.
- Support the planning and execution of upcoming feature launches, including launch messaging, internal enablement, and customer-facing communications.
- Refresh and improve sales enablement assets (e.g. decks, one-pagers, FAQs) to better support pipeline progression and conversion.
Your responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to shape product positioning and value propositions.
- Translate product capabilities into clear, customer-facing narratives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Lead go-to-market planning for product launches and key initiatives.
- Own sales enablement messaging and materials such as pitch decks and one-pagers.
- Feed market, customer, and competitive insights back into GTM and demand programs.
What You bring to the table
- At least 3 years of experience working in product marketing or a closely related role within a SaaS business.
- Proven experience supporting or leading end-to-end product or feature launches in a SaaS environment,...
