Role Overview
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Time Doctor’s workforce analytics platform.
- Interface between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Own product positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, launches.
- Ensure new features are launched successfully and understood by target buyers.
- Shape workforce analytics category understanding with revenue impact focus.

Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market & Product Launches
- Partner with Product from discovery to launch with market intelligence and buyer context.
- Lead cross-functional GTM planning aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success from day one.
- Define launch messaging enablement materials campaign inputs for sales-led and product-led growth.
Positioning & Messaging
- Own product positioning and messaging framework ensuring clarity and differentiation.
- Translate product capabilities into outcome-focused narratives for personas/industries/buying stages.
- Maintain consistent messaging across launches campaigns sales materials website pages.
- Contribute to pricing and packaging discussions.
Sales Enablement & Revenue Impact
- Provide Sales tools like battlecards objection guides product narratives.
- Use sales conversations data to refine messaging continuously.
- Support competitive deal cycles with timely intelligence.
- Strengthen value communication to support pipeline growth.
Product Adoption & Expansion Enablement
- Work with Product Customer Success on positioning new features for adoption expansion.
- Develop messaging for onboarding upgrades product-led growth initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback product usage to improve messaging enablement.
Market & Customer Insight
- Develop expertise in buyers’ purchasing process evaluation criteria for workforce analytics platforms.
- Own win/loss analysis competitive intelligence turning findings into actionable insights.
- Monitor trends in workforce analytics productivity distributed work to keep narrative ahead of market.
- Use AI tools to enhance marketing workflows with an experimentation mindset.
Job Requirements
Experience & Background
- 5+ years in Product Marketing in B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven leadership of GTM strategies for SaaS products or major feature launches (not just contributors).
