  • You want to be part of a high-caliber team.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze large volumes of structured/unstructured data (product telemetry, support tickets, customer conversations, feature requests, surveys).
  • Turn one-time analyses into reliable tools/workflows with clear definitions, quality checks, documentation.
  • Translate complex findings into clear recommendations preserving evidence/methodology.
  • Own projects end-to-end: scoping problems, connecting data, building versions, launching, measuring adoption/quality.

  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles: Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team.
  • Hire, develop and lead an inclusive high-performing team.

Minimum requirements for this role:

  • 1–5 years professional experience in product operations, data/product analytics, business operations, consulting, technical product management or similar roles solving ambiguous problems with data/technology.
  • Proven record of building/shipping useful products for real users (internal tools/apps/dashboards/automation/data products).
  • Experience structuring/analyzing messy or large datasets; validating results; explaining analysis limitations.
  • Strong product/customer judgment focusing on user problems/business outcomes over technology.
  • Clear written/verbal communication skills explaining technical/analytical work to non-technical partners.
  • High ownership, curiosity, attention to detail; comfortable learning quickly and iterating through ambiguity.

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Experience in B2B technology or working closely with Product/Engineering teams.
