About the Role

Define and execute product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback for product decisions
Collaborate with engineering to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery
Work with design team to ensure usability and visual appeal of products
Define and track key metrics for product success
Serve as primary contact for product-related communication internally and externally

Requirements

Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data, market trends, user metrics
Strong communication skills to convey complex data and user problems effectively
Strong work ethic for fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications

Completed analyst programs at investment banks (Front Office), proprietary trading firms, or corporate development experience such as TAS (Tata Administrative Services) eligible to apply; ex-founders have fast-tracked interview process
Proven track record of delivering successful products on time and within budget
STEM majors and/or Philosophy majors only

Interview Process:

Phone Screen – verify qualifications, interest, cultural fit; discuss resume and role alignment

Pre-Interview Questionnaire – detailed info on experience, skills, achievements; situational/behavioral questions

Technical Round Interview – assess technical skills, problem-solving, real-world case studies relevant to role

In-person Interview or Assignment – evaluate interpersonal skills, cultural fit; possible job-related assignment

Offer Discussion with Founders – finalize hiring decision, negotiate salary/benefits
