Role:
We9re looking for a Project Manager on our PMO team to support and drive cross-functional initiatives that move the business forward. This role requires an innovative problem-solver who creates structure without playbooks or precedent. You will work on the Operations team helping Function transition from a startup to a globally recognized brand. You will lead operational projects across the COO organization and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Enterprise, and more to advance high priority initiatives. Responsibilities include driving execution, tracking progress, ensuring timely delivery aligned with goals. This role suits someone who creates systems in ambiguity and enjoys working on diverse projects supporting growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Initiatives: Support planning and execution of cross-functional projects improving team efficiency, process quality, or customer outcomes.
- Build and Improve Systems: Implement repeatable processes and workflows for smoother operations.
- Translate Strategy into Execution: Convert goals/problems into clear plans with deliverables, owners, timelines.
- Project Management: Track progress, escalate risks, ensure on-time delivery across partners.
- Test & Learn: Help scope, execute, evaluate pilots for new ideas/workflows/tools.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Ops, Marketing/Growth partners for alignment and removing blockers.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Provide clear updates on timeline, risk, performance for visibility/alignment.
- Document and Scale What Works: Refine documentation/templates/internal tools for repeatable success.
- Support Decision-Making: Provide insights/feedback for prioritization, tradeoffs, project adjustments.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 7+ years experience in strategic operations, business operations, program management or similar in fast-paced/high-growth environment
- Proven success driving complex cross-functional projects end-to-end; startup or scale-up experience ideal
- Proactive, self-directed; thrives with limited structure & evolving priorities
- Excellent written/verbal communication; stakeholder management; organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH etc.) preferred
