The Opportunity

• Key role in scaling Reducto's team during rapid growth.
• Collaborate with founders, hiring managers, and team to deliver exceptional candidate experience.
• Build recruiting infrastructure to attract world-class talent.

Core Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview coordination across multiple time zones ensuring seamless candidate experience.
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and representing company culture.
• Build and optimize recruiting operations including ATS management, pipeline tracking, metrics reporting, and process improvements.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to prepare interview materials, coordinate debriefs, manage feedback loops, and support offer processes.
• Identify bottlenecks in recruiting workflow and implement solutions to increase efficiency and candidate satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• High bar for quality and precision.
• Bias towards action; enjoys solving complex problems.
• 3+ years experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition operations.
• Thrives in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
• Effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Takes full ownership from strategy through execution.

• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools/ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem.
