What you’ll do:
- Formulate and execute sales strategy to drive revenue growth in your territory.
- Identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline with internal teams.
- Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, annual quotas.
- Build strong customer relationships delivering expected value.
- Work independently and with team on up-selling and cross-selling.
What you will need to have:
- Based in Delhi NCR region.
- 10+ years experience in B2B technology sales.
- Enterprise-level sales experience required.
- Consultative/value-based selling approach for open-source software (cloud/on-prem/hybrid).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude for fast-moving environment.
- Deep understanding of sales cycle: lead generation to closing.
- Exceptional communication skills to present complex solutions simply.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving targets.
