Role Summary

  • Position: Revenue Operations Manager supporting the State and Local Growth team.
  • Location: San Francisco, CA.
  • Focus: Embedded in sales organization rhythm; cross-functional work on projects, analytics, and sales support.
  • Importance: Connects Go-to-Market, Finance, Analytics, and Operations to ensure accurate deal reflection and growth support.
  • Environment: Fast-paced, complex; requires high data accuracy and sustainable process building.
  • Candidate Profile: Self-starter, curious, analytical, motivated to enable team success.

Responsibilities

  • Improve sales productivity through processes and modern GTM tooling.
  • Serve as resource for reps/managers on pipeline, territory assignments, quota tracking, operational questions.
  • Execute pipeline reviews, forecast updates, performance reporting with accurate and timely data.
  • Own/maintain GTM dashboards (pipeline coverage, conversion rates, attainment, activity metrics).
  • Investigate data discrepancies; collaborate with Finance, Analytics, Engineering for fixes.
  • Collaborate with product/engineering for revenue process readiness on new product launches.
  • Coordinate GTM projects (comp plan rollouts, territory updates, tool changes) ensuring smooth execution.
  • Create/maintain process documentation, playbooks, SOPs.
  • Identify continuous improvements for revenue process efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience in Revenue or Sales Operations with CRM management (Salesforce preferred), pipeline reporting, sales process support.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
  • Strong analytical skills: data pulling/interpretation, dashboard building, root cause analysis relevant to sales performance.
  • High standards for data accuracy and process consistency; proactive error detection and follow-through.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to present data/operational context clearly to stakeholders.
  • Discretion handling compensation data and internal plans.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, analytics, finance or consulting.
