The Role
We’re looking for a RevOps Specialist who leads with data and acts as a strategic partner to Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll bring a strong analytical mindset to every part of the revenue engine, ensuring that decisions, processes, and systems are rooted in measurable impact. This role requires someone who can move beyond reactive execution to proactive partnership, someone who asks the right questions upfront, surfaces hidden needs, and delivers solutions that work the first time.
What You’ll Own
You’ll lead and continually improve the operational backbone of our revenue organization across three core areas:
Data-Driven GTM Enablement
- You will be the primary driver of operational insight across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- You will partner with GTM leadership to convert data into measurable improvements and ensure operational decisions are grounded in reliable, actionable insights.
- You'll connect operational work to business outcomes like pipeline efficiency, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- This includes building reporting, dashboards, and visibility that uncover opportunities, highlight bottlenecks, and surface clear recommendations.
Revenue Systems and Tooling
- You will own and optimize the HubSpot CRM environment.
- This includes configuring, customizing, and governing workflows, automations, and CRM structures that scale with the company.
- You will ensure teams can execute efficiently and that our systems deliver both clarity and consistency in a global, async-first environment.
Systems Integration and AI Adoption
- As the revenue tech ecosystem expands,
you will facilitate and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other departmental tools.
- You will ensure smooth data flows,
accurate records, and aligned workflows.
- You will also adopt and experiment with AI tools that improve analytics,
streamline execution, and enhance GTM performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Deliver regular reporting on pipeline,
revenue performance, risks, and trends.
- Drive forward-looking RevOps strategy,
and documentation.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years Revenue Operations experience in SaaS.
- Strong strategic partnership skills with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success teams.
- Expertise in HubSpot configuration/customization/automation/reporting.
- Analytical skills to convert insights into GTM changes.
- Experience integrating multiple systems into CRM environment.
- Bonus: Experience with AI tools for automation or analytics.

- Data-driven operational decisions tied directly to business impact.
- Proactive identification of risks/opportunities/bottlenecks before they become issues.
- Well-scoped initiatives with minimal rework or disruption.
- Stable system releases with consistent adoption across teams.
