Role Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and SMB segments; collaborate in enterprise sales.
- Manage prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, discovery calls, product demos, contract negotiation, and closing deals to meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Build and refine the sales playbook including outreach strategies, talk tracks, demo perfection, documentation for a scalable sales engine.
- Manage sales pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting and operational excellence.
- Act as voice of the customer providing feedback to product and marketing teams to shape product roadmap and strategy.

Who We're Looking For:
- Proven closer with 2-4 years B2B SaaS closing experience (Account Executive or similar), preferably selling SaaS or to financial institutions.
- Hunter and builder mindset; ambitious and strategic in pipeline building.
- Exceptional communicator in English and Spanish; strong presentation skills.
- Self-starter; autonomous with mature working style; comfortable with feedback.
- Operationally excellent; proficient with CRM and modern sales tools.
- Genuinely curious about technology, finance, and solving complex customer problems.
