We use a business impact approach to base pay, which means we set pay for all Zapiens based on their demonstrated impact on Zapier’s success. In alignment with that philosophy, the upper half of a pay range is typically reserved for individuals who have consistently demonstrated a high impact in their current role and level while at Zapier.
Role Summary:
- Partner with sales to develop go-to-market strategy and close key customer accounts.
- Sell a leading automation product with proven market fit.
- Blend of technical consulting, solution development, and sales collaboration.
- Educate customers as a trusted advisor on automation workflows.
- Bring accounts to technical close by designing integration architectures with customers' engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Growth, Engineering, and Product teams to influence product roadmap and ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultatively understand customers’ technical needs and present tailored solutions using Zapier’s Enterprise Automation platform.
- Drive revenue through value-driven demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution discussions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop integration architectures and adoption strategies.
- Advocate for customers to influence product evolution.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years in technical pre-sales or customer-facing technical consulting in B2B SaaS.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with core computing concepts; ability to assist in technical implementations and advise senior stakeholders.
- Consultative Approach: Skilled at understanding needs and providing innovative solutions; able to position Zapier strategically within business goals.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build trust with senior business and technical teams for long-term partnerships.
- Adaptability & Problem Solving: Thrives in dynamic environments; delivers creative scalable solutions.
- Technical Innovation & Mentorship: Shares knowledge actively; continuously improves expertise.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works seamlessly across teams from pre-sale to post-deployment; prioritizes customer feedback for product roadmap.
