Job Description

Job Description We are looking for an active, goal-oriented, and communicative Sales Specialist to join a new and fast-growing project. The role involves driving sales activities, identifying new customers, and building strong long-term client relationships. We also welcome entry-level candidates with basic knowledge and a strong interest in developing in the sales field. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers
  • Organize and conduct meetings and negotiations with clients
  • Present and promote the company’s services
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals
  • Manage the full sales process and maintain ongoing communication with clients
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or business development (entry-level candidates are also welcome)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results
  • Experience with CRM systems will be considered an advantage
