About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us place Solum Health in every healthcare practice in the U.S. If you thrive in early-stage environments, love the grind, and understand that sales is about customer obsession, not just automation 6this role is for you.

  • Tech-savvy and automation-focused 6 You99re familiar with Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and you99re passionate about AI-driven prospecting.
  • Fluent in sales metrics 6 You understand ICP, SQL, MQL, and open and reply rates. If these terms don99t mean anything to you, this isn99t the right fit.
  • Work with our GTM AI team to scale multi-channel outreach campaigns.
  • Identify ICPs and buyer personas, and iterate on the ICP until we find product 6market fit (PMF).
