Senior Account Executive Role:

  • Location: Toronto (Hybrid).
  • Department: GTM.
  • Employment Type: Full time.
  • Focus on mid-market and enterprise customers managing short-cycle and long-cycle sales.
  • Responsibilities include managing inbound leads, full sales cycle pipeline generation,

communicating with C-level executives (CFOs, Head of Finance, Head of FP&A), managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Become a product expert working closely with Product team to influence product roadmap based on client needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS; selling to office of CFO is a plus.
  • Experience selling to mid-market businesses with complex or technical mission-critical products.
  • Closing 4 to 8 deals per quarter with sales cycle of 2 6 months.
  • Consultative sales approach; strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Consistent track record hitting/exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environment.
  • High adaptability to startup growth changes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience leading product demos.
  • Some self-generation of leads through targeted outbound campaigns.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in early go-to-market teams building playbooks/processes/tech for Sales success.
  • Experience selling to finance teams or background in finance or mathematically inclined.
