About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Marketing Operations is a hands-on individual contributor who pairs deep technical MOps skill with a genuine curiosity for what AI and automation can unlock. This isn't a role where you follow a runbook. It's one where you build better runbooks, automate the ones that shouldn't need a human, and constantly look for smarter ways to get results. Day-to-day, you'll be in the platform building campaigns, troubleshooting integrations, refining lead scoring logic, and maintaining the data that powers our go-to-market engine. But you'll also be the person who prototypes an AI-driven workflow on a Friday because you noticed a bottleneck on a Tuesday. You'll work closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and GTM Ops to keep campaign operations running cleanly, improving lead management and funnel accuracy.
