About the role The Senior Brand and Social Marketing Manager leads Envato9s brand strategy and organic social presence, ensuring a cohesive, compelling and differentiated brand experience across all touchpoints. This role is responsible for shaping how Envato shows up in the world. Strengthening brand presence in the market, deepening community engagement, and supporting business growth through effective brand and social strategies. As a leader within the Marketing division, the role balances long-term brand stewardship with high-quality execution across organic social and community channels. Leading a team, the role fosters a culture of creativity, clarity and impact aligned to Envato9s purpose and values.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and evolve Envato9s global brand strategy, ensuring clarity of positioning, voice and visual identity.
- Translate brand strategy into clear frameworks, guidelines and campaigns that empower teams to deliver consistent and high-quality outputs.
- Champion a deep understanding of creative professionals, ensuring brand and social activity resonates authentically with Envato9s core audience.
- Partner with Marketing, Product and Tech teams to ensure integrated and cohesive brand storytelling.
- Guide the planning and delivery of brand and social campaigns, ensuring alignment to company objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Establish and track brand and social performance metrics, using insights to inform optimisation and future strategy.
- Lead, coach and develop a team, fostering high performance, collaboration and professional growth.
- Lead the strategic direction of organic social media across priority platforms, driving audience growth, engagement and brand advocacy.
- Oversee community strategy across channels such as Reddit and other relevant platforms, strengthening relationships with creative professionals.
- Stay informed on cultural, creative and technology trends to keep Envato9s brand relevant and future-focused.
