We’re a quickly growing startup that believes in transparency and acknowledgment with our team members and cultivating a values-driven company. Our values are "Be Client Obsessed", "Own it together", "Act with integrity and empathy", "Stay Curious and Grow", and "Empower People." What does a work environment look like at Vouch? Vouch has employees located across the U.S., with offices in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. This role can be based in either San Fransisco or New York city. We require team members to be in the office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) to foster close collaboration and team building. Why This Role Matters Vouch is entering a phase where the hardest problems are no longer about effort, but about choosing the right bets and executing them well. The Senior Business Operations Manager will serve as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, helping identify, frame, and solve the company’s most important operational and growth challenges. Reporting to the CRO and working closely with leaders across Brokerage, Sales, Placements, Finance, Product, and Operations, this role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will help leaders turn ambiguity into clarity, insights into decisions, and decisions into measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for driving execution across the entire portfolio of business initiatives, as well as personally managing a few initiatives that are cross-functionally complex. This is a modern BizOps role: equal parts thought partner, analyst, and execution owner.
