We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedData Analystto join our growing data team. In this role, you will be instrumental indriving data-driven decision-making by providing critical insights into business performance and helping to shape our future data strategy. You will play a key role indeveloping and implementing embedded reporting solutions for our customer-facing Order Management System (OMS),as well as working on internal reporting needs.

Most Important

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements, designing and developing reports and dashboards, and presenting data insights.
• Experience developing customer-facing analytics solutionsis a plus.
• Experience working with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• StrongSQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency indata visualization tools(e.g.Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker, Omni).
• Experience with data transformation tools(e.g., DBT).
• StrongExcel skills.
• Familiarity withcloud-based data platforms(e.g. BigQuery).
• Understanding of data modeling conceptsandKimball methodology.

Nice to Have

• Experience with embedded BI solutions.
• Experience with statistical modeling or data science techniques.
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect).
• Experience with semantic layer technologies.
• Experience in Supply Chain or E-Commerce related fields.

X-Team doesn’t offer paid vacation time, but can arrange for vacation time. We encourage you to incorporate vacation time, health insurance, etc... into your hourly rate.

Will I be working full-time or part-time hours?

At X-Team, we only hire people who can fully dedicate themselves to a project. That means a standard 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Do I need to take care of my own taxes?

Yes. Because we hire you as a full-time contractor, you’ll need to take care of your own taxes. If this is your first time doing so, we recommend you get the advice of a qualified tax advisor to understand the requirements of your country.
