Role Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of tech development for a specific app function (backend/frontend)
• Manage junior developers (coding 75-80% time; rest on management)
• Collaborate with Tech Lead, Head of Growth and Head of Risk on projects and priorities
• Ensure high development rate of product and tech infrastructure
• Implement monitoring and administration systems for the app
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts for modeling and analysis data sets
• Balance fast development with scalable tech infrastructure growth
• Communicate technical concepts simply across teams
