Compensation:
- Annual salary range: $153,000 - $170,000 plus equity and benefits.

The Team & Role: Gem’s marketing team is scaling fast; paid digital drives pipeline growth. This role sits at the center of our demand generation motion owning strategy and execution of $1M+ annual digital ad budget across Google Ads LinkedIn emerging B2B channels. You’ll report to Head of Demand Gen; collaborate with campaigns product marketing content SDRs revenue ops sales. Role requires strategic operational skills focused on pipeline revenue impact. Expertise in Google Ads LinkedIn Ads; experience with account-based programs using intent data/enrichment tools. Daily use of AI tools for faster testing optimization; ownership of end-to-end outcomes. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Own optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads LinkedIn Ads other B2B platforms with full budget accountability.
- Manage $1M+ annual digital ad budget across search social display ABM channels.
- Build execute account-based advertising using intent data/enrichment tools (Vector Clay).
- Design run structured testing programs (A/B tests etc.) to improve efficiency conversion rates.
- Track analyze report pipeline-impact metrics (CAC CPS2 pipeline influence ROI) regularly.
- Partner product marketing for aligned ad messaging product launches differentiation.
- Collaborate content creative teams for ad assets landing pages syndication programs development.
- Work closely revenue ops for clean data flow through Marketo Salesforce accurate attribution tracking.
- Align SDRs sales targeting messaging lead quality ensure high conversion rates from marketing leads.
- Use AI tools for ad copy generation audience research performance analysis creative iteration reporting automation.
- Stay current platform changes industry trends emerging channels recommend test new approaches.
Candidate Profile / Skills Required:
- 5+ years B2B digital marketing experience; minimum 3 years managing paid channels (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads required).
- Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads (search/display/remarketing/account structure/bidding/conversion tracking).
- Deep hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads (sponsored content/conversation ads/audience targeting/matched audiences/ABM campaigns).
- Proven track record building/scaling account-based advertising programs delivering measurable pipeline results.
- Experience using intent data/enrichment tools (Vector/Clay/6Sense/DemandBase/Bombora or similar) for targeting/campaign strategy.
- Strong analytical skills in marketing attribution (Bizible or equivalent) CRM reporting (Salesforce) data visualization (Looker or similar).
- Comfortable with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) for lead flow/scoring/campaign integration.
- Demonstrated AI fluency using AI tools to improve campaign performance in copywriting/audience analysis/reporting/workflow automation.
- Experience in B2B SaaS required; HR Tech or recruiting industry experience a plus.
- Strong project management skills managing multiple campaigns/stakeholders simultaneously.
- Startup or growth-stage company experience preferred; comfortable with ambiguity/shifting priorities/multiple roles.
