Senior Digital Project Manager - LATAM Job Description: Location: Remote, open to candidates aligned with Americas time zones, preference for LATAM-based applicants. Company: Fueled, a digital strategy, design, and engineering agency with 300+ team members. Role Summary:

• Senior Project Manager acts as a strategic contributor and driver for successful client delivery.
• Ownership of innovative, challenging projects and ongoing support engagements.
• Supportive Client Delivery structure with established Project Management processes and autonomy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 4-7 active projects with senior-level ownership over scopes/plans, client meetings, status updates, demos, risk management, and scope/expectation management.
• Track and analyze project progress and budget burn; escalate concerns/risks and mitigate appropriately.
• Ensure quality deliverables through collaboration with cross-discipline leadership and rigorous QA processes.
• Lead discovery engagements to define project requirements aligned with client business goals.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships and expand account value.

Achievements Expected:

• Align roadmap priorities with client goals in collaboration with Product Manager.
• Strengthen cross-functional team cohesion across product lifecycle.
• Expand partnerships by working with Commercial, Product, and Growth teams on new scopes and future work opportunities.
• Improve delivery predictability and efficiency through process refinements.
• Keep clients ahead of industry shifts by applying knowledge of CMS platforms, digital products, emerging technologies including AI.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience delivering full scope CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients; agency environment preferred; practical understanding of WordPress platform preferred.
• Proven ability to deescalate project risks collaboratively with team members and leadership.
• Primarily client-facing roles; main point of contact for client requests, escalations, updates, senior consultation.
• Effective leader of cross-discipline project teams (account strategy, design, engineering, QA, support).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
