Senior Director of Product Management, Elasticsearch

What is The Role:

As a Senior Director of Product Management at Elastic, you will lead product strategy for Elasticsearch and related products. You will work closely with engineering teams to drive product vision and execution.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Define product roadmap and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback.
• Drive innovation in search technologies.

Compensation:

The typical starting salary range for this role is: $240,600—$380,700 CAD (approximately $180k-$285k USD annually) This role does not have a variable compensation component but includes stock program participation.
