The Senior District Manager - Major Accounts is a unique opportunity to drive new sales and revenue growth within key global customers in EMEA North. AS A SENIOR DISTRICT MANAGER YOU WILL:

  • Have an in depth understanding on Snowflake's product in order to be able to provide guidance on selling, navigating complex legal negotiations, helping eliminate technical barriers, managing escalations
  • Hire an experienced team that fits Snowflake's profile for success
  • Enable, coach, develop and motivate a robust field sales team
  • Scaling and developing territories by planning strategically and effectively assigning accounts
  • Navigate complex legal negotiations and help eliminate technical barriers
  • Ensure success of events by collaborating with marketing efforts and being accountable for attendance
  • Manage weekly forecast meetings with leadership

AS A SENIOR DISTRICT MANAGER YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Proven ability to independently recruit and manage teams of GAM's.
  • The ability to manage and motivate the team and drive them to success
  • Proven background in acquisition and management of large Global customers
  • Ability to think strategically and understand the "bigger picture" along with the business drivers around it
  • Extensive experience working with strategic and complex prospects & customers with cross-functional internal account teams.
  • Experience closing seven-figure, multi-year deals and creating strategic account plans.
  • Executive-level relationship management experience and an understanding of the business drivers for C-level stakeholders
