Senior Enablement Program Manager, AI Transformation

About the Role:

  • Support the Enablement PMO at Databricks, driving AI-powered programs to transform learner experience and accelerate adoption of Databricks.
  • Act as a critical business partner to senior leaders across Learning & Enablement, GTM, and central functions.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps and executable programs.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects and AI transformation initiatives.
  • Manage vendors and staff augmentation partners.
  • Report directly to the Sr. Director, Enablement PMO.

Impact:

  • Drive planning, execution, and delivery of learning and enablement projects with clear scope, timelines, success criteria, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Lead AI-focused transformation initiatives (e.g., AI-powered personalized learning experiences, workflow automation) from pilot to scaled adoption.
  • Partner with leaders across Learning & Enablement, GTM, Product, IT, and Data/AI teams to prioritize and scale programs improving enablement effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Manage full lifecycle of staff augmentation contractors including onboarding, extensions, offboarding, time/expense approval, payments in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
  • Oversee vendor relationships including operations, performance management, budget alignment, contractual commitments, and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5 6 7+ years experience in project or program management in technology, learning or operations environment with cross-functional initiative ownership.
  • Hands-on experience managing/supporting AI, ML or automation initiatives (e.g., AI-powered tools implementation).
  • Proven vendor and staff augmentation partner management experience including onboarding, performance oversight, invoice/payment coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with first-principles mindset; excellent written/verbal communication; ability to influence at all levels.
  • PMI or equivalent project management certification (e.g., PMP) strongly preferred.
  • Experience in learning/enablement/education technology is a plus.

Pay Range Transparency:

Zone 1: $128,70097$177,000 USD Zone 2: $115,80097$159,300 USD Zone 3: $109,40097$150,500 USD Zone 4: $103,00097$141,550 USD Additional Information: Databricks is committed to fair compensation practices; actual packages depend on candidate factors including skills and location. Total compensation may include annual bonus equity and benefits.
