About the Role
This is not a traditional estimating seat. You will use your experience in bids, quantity takeoffs, drawings, and specifications to evaluate the output of our AI products. Your primary work is data and quality assurance: deciding whether an output is right, explaining why, and creating the clear examples and standards that help us improve it. You will influence the product because your judgment will show us where it succeeds and fails, but this is not primarily a product-management role. You will work closely with our engineering, product, and customer teams to make Provision's Scope Agent and RFI Agent more accurate, useful, and trustworthy for pre-construction teams.
What You Will Do
- Evaluate AI-generated scopes, drawing and specification conflicts, source links, and customer-feedback triage against real project documents.
- Identify whether outputs are correct, incomplete, misleading, or inapplicable, and document the reasoning and source evidence clearly.
- Create and maintain high-quality labeled examples, reviewer guidance, and quality thresholds for product evaluation and model improvement.
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, addenda, RFIs, and related documents across the estimating workflow.
- Surface recurring failure modes, edge cases, and gaps in the product, then help engineering and product teams turn them into actionable requirements.
