Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales Finance team as a trusted business partner to Sales leadership. This role will provide financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to drive growth, efficiency, and sound decision-making. The analyst will lead core finance processes—including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews—while developing reporting tools, dashboards, and executive presentations. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a trusted Sales Finance partner, balancing financial discipline with business priorities, translating finance concepts into clear business insights to drive cross-team alignment.
- Partner with Sales leaders to develop business plans, strategies, and actionable insights.
- Drive reporting, process, and discipline for finance routines to shape and influence decision-making (e.g., budget, forecast, monthly reviews, long-range plans).
- Build dynamic reporting structures, dashboards, and presentations to inform executive decision-making.
- Design rigorous analysis to measure the efficiency and ROI of investments in headcount and non-headcount expenses.
- Support global sales finance consolidation across billings, expenses, headcount, and other key KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, analytics capabilities, and self-service reporting.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects for the Commercial Finance team.
- Act as subject matter expert for Adaptive Planning/Office Connect.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a business-related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field
- Strong financial/analytical skills with proven capabilities in developing complex financial models, and a track record of driving process improvements
- Experience in business partnering and presenting to an executive audience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, and modeling in Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Experience in data visualization and dashboarding is a plus
