About the Role:

• Drive success of the Content Management mission.
• Shape technical direction and deliver solutions enhancing user productivity.
• Full end-to-end ownership of feature development (planning, architecture, shipping, monitoring).
• Balance strategic platform building with rapid product iteration.
• Prioritize stability and ownership; responsible for service health and SLI/SLO compliance.

What you’ll do:

• Lead delivery of high-impact features and initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers, Product Manager, Product Designer, UX Researcher, Data Analyst, and stakeholders.
• Conduct experiments and analyze product metrics.
• Define and shape technical direction for the domain.
• Maintain high SLO/SLA compliance rates.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience designing, building, maintaining large-scale, high-traffic applications.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and related tools/libraries (Miro's core front-end stack).
• Strong command of testing methodologies (unit and e2e testing) using Jest and Playwright.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools like Sentry and Grafana.
• Strong product sense; comfortable switching between rapid iteration and robust platform development.
