About Us:
Ezra’s mission is to detect cancer early for everyone in the world. Our AI-powered MRI screens for cancer in up to 13 organs and is available at over 100+ imaging facilities in 30+ cities across the US. We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer service. Members visit our partner imaging centers for a MRI and receive an AI-powered report from an Ezra Medical Provider within 7-10 days. The Ezra radiology reports are generated by our partner radiologists, using Ezra-approved radiology templates. These radiology reports are then converted into consumer-friendly reports using Ezra Reporter, an AI trained to convert radiology reports into plain English.
Role:
As a SeniorFull Stack Developer at Ezra, you will be a technical leader who architects, builds, and scales the web platforms that power our cancerscreening experience. Youll mentor engineers, drive best practices, and ensure that our .NETbased backend and modern Vue frontend work seamlessly together to deliver reliable, secure, and delightful products that save lives. We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented developer who thrives in a supportive and mission-driven environment. Must have a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts. Key Responsibilities:
- Join a passionate and collaborative team dedicated to groundbreaking health solutions.
- Deliver fullstack solutions, from crafting customer facing UIs to optimizing database queries and owning the interactions between all layers.
- Lead design and delivery of endtoend features across the stack, with an emphasis on highperformance ASP.NETCore services.
- Architect clean, maintainable, and secure APIs that integrate with EMRs, imaging partners, and AIservices.
- Mentor & coach other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design sessions.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and clinical teams to translate requirements into intuitive desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
- Own quality and define automated test strategies (unit, integration, e2e) and champion CI/CD and DevOps in Azure.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing bestinclass engineering practices, performance tuning, and observability.
- Shape technical roadmap and contribute to development planning, daily standups, and retrospectives in our Agile process.
