About the role

• Join a small team based in Paris or remote.
• Build high-impact features including workflow automation, payment processing, communication features (email, calls, letters).
• Significant investment in AI to enhance product.
• Work in continuous deployment (10 deploys/day).

What you will do

• Architect and implement complex product features end-to-end.
• Collaborate with product manager, designer, engineers.
• Ship clean maintainable code daily.
• Participate actively in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Optimize performance and scalability.
• Define and improve coding standards and processes.
• Stay updated on new technologies.

Who you are

• 5+ years software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Typescript, React, SQL.
• Value code simplicity and testing.
• Prioritize delivery speed without sacrificing quality.
• Good teamwork and feedback skills.
• Desire to work in startup valuing excellence and autonomy.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Based in Paris or Paris timezone.
