Job Description for Senior Full-Stack TypeScript Engineer (Latam)

About the Role

Join a strategic Consumer Experience (CX) group transforming the post-purchase journey within Intelligent Supply Chain Orchestration.
End-to-end feature ownership: from specs to deployment.

5+ years in software engineering with strong modern web development and distributed systems experience.
Deep expertise in TypeScript for backend services (Node.js) and strong competency in React for frontend.
Ability to own full SDLC: ideation, specs, coding, testing, deployment.
Proven experience architecting complex, secure, high-performance systems (preferably on GCP) handling large datasets.
Desire to provide technical guidance to junior engineers and foster a learning culture.
Experience partnering with Product, Design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Ability to overlap 6 hours with EST/EDT (USA).

Direct experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL software.
Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
Experience with state management (Redux/Zustand), event streaming (Kafka/RabbitMQ), or real-time apps (WebSockets).
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog.
Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) and code quality standards.
Experience using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.
