Senior Golang Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with a strong command of Golang and a passion for building performant, cloud-native architectures. You’ll be working alongside skilled engineers in a 100% remote environment, helping us deliver resilient, production-grade microservices at scale.

Most Important

8+ years of professional backend development experience.
Deep expertise in Golang and microservices architecture.
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
Strong knowledge of MongoDB (or equivalent NoSQL databases like DynamoDB).
Hands-on experience with gRPC and GraphQL (Apollo experience is a plus).
Ability to perform moderate Kubernetes configuration and management.

Nice to Have

Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, Rust, Java) for polyglot systems or scripting.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Prior experience in a FinTech, high-frequency, or high-throughput environment.
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong technical blog/presence.
