DevriX is hiring a Senior Growth Marketer to help execute and operationalize the future of growth for high-value clients across the most effective go-to-market motions for leading B2B organizations. Your work will be performance-oriented, relying on rapidly emerging opportunities across the 360 digital marketing landscape, in collaboration with product owners and cross-functional teams. This is a fast-paced role in a demanding environment, not a typical 9-to-6 corporate job. You will combine tried and tested playbooks with effective ways to execute and pipe different channels across the marketing flywheel together, independently act on full-funnel architecture and solution design initiatives, staying on top of the wave of GTM opportunities (AI SEO, signal tracking, buyer-level identity account enrichment, LinkedIn thought leadership ads, expanding strategic partnerships with the leading B2B market SaaS, CRM, ERP providers, internal AI agent training for playbooks, etc.) The position requires extreme ownership – running end-to-end marketing initiatives with ROI in mind, seeking additional ideas through X/communities/dark social, prioritizing automation and AI to speed up execution and horizontal scaling, and documenting experiments for onboarding and sales via templates, checklists, documentation, and Looms.
Key Goals:
- Collaborate in shaping and executing integrated marketing strategy for 7 and 8-figure accounts, aligning paid, earned, and owned channels into a unified growth plan.
- Execute given assignments individually across strategic initiatives, running experiments, creating new workflows, and refining new playbooks in the works, ensuring the end-to-end delivery.
- Participate in discovery sessions, roadmap planning, and strategic workshops that translate business objectives into full-funnel initiatives, budgets, KPIs, and governance.
- Set initiative expectations through KPIs, ROAS forecasts, and planning aligned with market data and industry benchmarks.
- Present to marketing leadership and stakeholders, including revenue metrics (profit margins, MQLs, CAC/LTV, CAC payback periods) and data storytelling.
