Senior Implementation Consultant - Job Description

What you’ll do

• Lead mid-market and enterprise customers through successful implementations and launches
• Empower customers to complete implementation successfully by tracking optimal timelines and achieving time to first value
• Drive the value of Greenhouse through implementation, helping customers navigate and overcome roadblocks
• Provide support and mentorship demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices
• Own implementation tasks such as system design, product training, configuration, and organizational rollout strategies
• Advocate for client needs and product requests to internal Greenhouse teams (support, product, engineering, sales)
• Partner with internal teams for smooth customer transition post-implementation; work with technical teams on data migration, integrations, reporting
• Become a subject matter expert on all Greenhouse products
• Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

You should have

• Customer-facing experience working with global entities and multiple stakeholders
• 2+ years experience working with Enterprise customers (1,000+ employees)
• Background delivering complex software implementations and/or technical projects
• Ability to explain terminology and concepts across various audiences
• Experience communicating with various customer personas at leadership levels
• Advanced understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting is a plus
• Unique talents and transferable skills are valued; not required to meet 100% of qualifications

Additional Information

• Location: Anywhere in the United States (remote-first company)
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time
• National pay range: $79,300 - $95,000 (compensation commensurate with experience)
