Position Overview: As an Implementation Consultant at Handle, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our SaaS software solutions for clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, guide them through the implementation process, and ensure successful deployment of our software. You will travel around 25% of the time to various on-site implementations (for larger accounts). Company will also pay for any needed certifications. Your role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, writing and maintaining project documentation, and using your technical skills to customize and integrate our solutions to meet client needs. Room to grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, both written and verbal.
• Software Implementation: Implement our SaaS software, including configuring and customizing JavaScript-based code to parse client files.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each project, including requirements, configurations, and user guides.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using the implemented software.
• Enterprise Account Implementation: Ability to work with multi billion dollar companies as well as various ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc)
• Technical Integration: Understand relational database systems (PostgreSQL and/or MSSQL) and apply this knowledge in project implementations.
• Travel: 25% Travel will be required for on-site implementations around the US for large accounts
