The Role
The Business Systems Integration team powers the end-to-end systems that drive Block’s Procurement, Finance, Hardware supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, and after-sales service. We design, build, and manage the integrations and processes that connect all the different systems operations to scale efficiently and intelligently. We are looking for an Information Systems Engineer who combines strong technical engineering skills with a deep domain knowledge in APIs and Integration. You will build, and enhance integrations, automations, and extensions across the various business systems our organization works with, including Zip, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce. You will collaborate closely with partner teams including procurement, supply chain, and finance teams to translate business needs into scalable, high-impact system solutions. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone who has experience in building complex APIs and Integrations at scale. We want employees to reside where they feel most creative and productive. You will be part of a distributed team and are open to sharing and adjusting to typical working hours.
You Will
- Design integrations across enterprise business systems including Zip, Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, Snowflake, Looker, and external partner systems using MuleSoft and Zip’s Integration iPaaS platform
- Build Python-based tools and automations for data validation, API testing, and process optimization
