Senior Manager, Customer Enablement
CaptivateIQ is transforming sales performance management with a platform expanding beyond incentive compensation management. The Senior Manager, Customer Enablement role is a builder role focused on reimagining customer enablement in an AI-forward world. The role involves leading the CaptivateIQ Academy (on-demand learning platform), Knowledge Center, and trainer-led delivery, partnering across teams to embed enablement throughout the customer lifecycle.
About the Role
- Lead transformation of customer enablement using AI.
- Own CaptivateIQ Academy, Knowledge Center, and trainer-led delivery.
- Partner with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Professional Services.
- Build an enablement model for AI-driven content creation and delivery.
What You'll Own
- Build an AI-Native Education Engine: AI-powered delivery, adaptive content, contextual help.
- Meet Customers Where They Are: Map customer journey, embed contextual guidance and AI-assisted help in product.
- Inform Product Direction: Use enablement data to influence product improvements.
- Lead & Grow the Team: Manage team across content, learning design, training delivery; build AI fluency; coach on measuring customer outcomes.
- Measure What Matters: Define success by product adoption, feature use, time-to-value, support deflection, retention influence.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 6+ years in customer education/enablement/learning in B2B SaaS with team leadership.
- Proven transformation experience moving from traditional training to embedded models.
- Real AI fluency with experience integrating AI tools into content workflows.
- Customer-outcome orientation focusing on adoption and independence.
- Operational rigor managing content operations while driving strategic shifts.
- Strong technical aptitude for complex domains like data modeling and workflow automation.
- Data-informed decision making connecting enablement to business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing in-product learning (contextual interventions, embedded guidance).
- Hands-on experience with digital adoption tools (Pendo, WalkMe, Chameleon).
- Familiarity with AI content generation workflows (LLMs, AI authoring tools).
- Synthetic video tools (Synthesia, HeyGen).

Salary Range
$141,000 - $200,000 USD per year (North America) $193,000 - $259,000 CAD per year (Canada) OTE depends on proficiency, performance & location.
