As a Senior Partner Specialist, MSP, you will play a critical role in owning, elevating, and scaling the operational foundation of the MSP Partner Program. You will be responsible for ensuring our partner strategy is executed consistently and efficiently across systems, processes, and workflows, enabling partners to move through recruitment, onboarding, and activation effectively. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings strong operational judgment, systems thinking, and experience supporting partners or customers in complex, fast-moving environments. You will act as a key connector between MSP partners and internal teams, helping translate program goals into clear processes, tooling, and execution that deliver an exceptional partner experience. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
