This role is responsible for shaping Binance’s public narrative in key growth markets, managing media relationships, navigating regulatory sensitivities, and ensuring consistent, credible communications across both active and restricted markets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned PR leader with strong regional media networks, experience in regulated industries (finance, fintech, tech), and the ability to balance proactive storytelling with risk-aware communications.

• Develop and execute an integrated PR and communications strategy for Southeast Asia, aligned with Binance’s global positioning and local market realities.
• Prioritize SEA as core growth markets, ensuring deeper media engagement, stronger visibility, and sustained brand credibility.
• Adapt messaging and approach for restricted or smaller markets, focusing on compliance-safe communications and reputation management.
